is a five-star boutique property with a strong individual character — entirely dedicated to music and set in the historic heart of the city, just steps from Charles Bridge and Prague Castle.
Krauthahn Consulting was brought in at an early stage to position the hotel strategically within the European market. Based on a precise market analysis, we developed a focused sales and marketing strategy
that defined the hotel’s profile and reached the segments where relevance and traction could be built.
Our scope included developing the pricing strategy, key account profiling, establishing a resilient sales network
and training the pre-opening sales team
on site. The goal: a successful market entry with clear positioning and early commercial momentum.

As part of an exclusive search mandate, Krauthahn Consulting together with New York–based executive search firm The IMC Group, led the appointment of strategic leadership roles. Our focus was on attracting senior figures from the international hospitality sector who embody excellence, service culture
and a genuinely human leadership approach.
Through clear role profiling, targeted outreach and a precise selection process, we strengthened the organisation
