The iconic The Royal Horseguards Hotel directly opposite the London Eye, the renowned The Tower Hotel and the recently opened Hard Rock Hotel London (rebranded The Cumberland Hotel) are part of the group.

Czech Republic: Aria Hotel Prague

Just steps away from rhe Charles Bridge and Prague Castle the music-inspired five-star boutique Aria Hotel Prague was opened in 2003 by the prominent New York hotelier Henry Kalan as part of the highly acclaimed Library Hotel Collection.

Referred by The Leading Hotels of The World, Krauthahn Consulting was called in to professionally flank and support the pre-opening phase of this special hospitality jewel.  Following a thorough  market analysis, a detailed sales and marketing plan was tailored and implemented prior to opening the hotel.  Consulting also included defining the opening rate structure, key account profiling and hands-on management, as well as active training of the sales team on site.

Hill Town Tours (HTT) located in Tuscany, Italy, is the leading provider of luxury travel solutions to discerning clients around the world, including prominent fundraisers, charities and incentive houses.

Krauthahn Consulting mentors HTT's owner Andrea Bruni and his executive team in the company's strategy for international marketing & sales expansion.
After working with Krauthahn Consulting to adapt and apply the "Roadmap to Success" methodology in 2016, HTT has since seen record years, resulting in a 100 percent increase in revenues, ROI and vital new client contracts.
