Her success has received the highest commendation: As Director of Marketing and Sales of the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg, she was already working for one of the world's most renowned five star Grand-Hotels.

A further degree at the Cornell University of Hotel Management in Ithaca, New York , was followed by a leading position at the Executive Search Firm IMC in New York and London. As National Business Development Manager for the Compass Group Plc., the world's leading food service company, Monika Krauthahn once again got an insight into a business field beyond her key area of expertise.
